These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, licensing, and use of digital and physical artworks created by Sisumo Oy (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing our products, you agree to these Terms.
Purchases made through third-party platforms (Etsy, Payhip, Saatchi Art) are additionally governed by the terms of the respective platform.

Digital Products
High-resolution downloadable artwork files
Delivered immediately after payment
Includes AI-assisted artworks created with substantial human creative input
Physical Artworks
Originals and fine art prints sold primarily via Saatchi Art
Saatchi Art handles printing, packaging, shipping, and returns
Purchases are subject to Saatchi Art’s terms
When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a personal-use license that is:
non-exclusive
non-transferable
non-commercial
revocable in case of misuse
You MAY:
Print the artwork for personal display
Use the file as decoration in your private environment
Display a purchased physical artwork in a commercial space (e.g., hotel, office, restaurant) — this is NOT considered commercial reproduction
You MAY NOT:
Reproduce, sell, distribute, or upload the file to any marketplace
Use the artwork in advertising, marketing, branding, or merchandise
Modify or claim the artwork as your own
Use the artwork commercially without a separate written commercial license
Use any file in AI training datasets
Commercial licenses
Must be negotiated separately at: contact@sisumo.fi
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright
All rights, including economic and moral rights, remain with the human creator acting through Sisumo Oy
The Copyright Notice forms part of these Terms
For digital content delivered immediately online:
By requesting immediate access, you agree that
you lose your right to withdraw once download begins
This is required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
This does not affect your rights if the file is defective or misdescribed.
Digital items: All sales are final due to the nature of instant digital delivery
Physical items via Saatchi Art: Follow the return and refund policies of Saatchi Art
We replace defective or incorrect digital files
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their device and software support the file formats provided
Sisumo Oy is not responsible for device-, software-, or printer-related issues
To the extent permitted by law, Sisumo Oy is not liable for:
platform outages or download issues (Etsy, Payhip, Saatchi Art)
color variations due to device screens
printing results from third-party print services
indirect or consequential damages
Nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Finnish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection law of your country
EU/EEA consumers may use the EU ODR platform
Purchases via Saatchi Art follow Saatchi’s dispute rules
