On Etsy, I sell digital prints that you download and print yourself. On Saatchi, I offer physical artworks (such as paintings, giclée prints, or other finished pieces), which Saatchi produces/prints and ships directly to you on my behalf.

Not automatically. On Etsy I only sell digital files, which are not shipped as physical items.
If you’d like a physical version, you can order it through Saatchi (if available).

Digital items (Etsy) are non-refundable, since they are delivered instantly as downloadable files. Physical artworks from Saatchi follow Saatchi Art’s own return and shipping policies.
